On Friday, there were a lot of people at the auction who were ready to buy the items, and this also happened in other parts of the Federation.
The bidding was based on the highest price, which meant that some of the cars were sold for as much as 5 million naira. Nine cars, nine laptops, and nine phones were auctioned off altogether.
Mr. Jerome Itepu, who is the Chief Auctioneer and Chairman of Trabetech KJ Nigeria Limited, said that the bidding process was open and successful.
"I was told to auction things here at the EFCC Office in Enugu, so I came here and did what I had to do," Itepu said.
I had no trouble doing what I was told to do here, and the bidding process went very well thanks to the help of EFCC officials and security staff.
The meeting was full of laughter, and everyone was happy.
"Those who won the bids are supposed to pay within 24 hours, but today is Friday, and we have to pass on contact information because you have to make a payment schedule that will allow you to pay as the highest bidder. We chose the highest bidder and the next highest bidder. So, by Monday, we'll have made the apps they can use to go and pay.
