Mr. Nkama Nkama served as the commission's secretary, along with Mike Okoro, Etta Uka, Kalu Mba, John Igwe, Prof. Ibiam Ekpe, Ufere Okoroafor, and Ama Kalu-Ikwor.
During the inauguration, the Governor urged members of the commission, led by Senator Sonni Ogbuoji, to carry out their duties without emotion.
Ogbuoji said that they will carry out their duty with diligence and without fear or favour.
