Soludo's birthday message, which was signed by his media aide, Mr. Christian Aburime, said that Buhari turning 80 was a sign of God's blessings and a big milestone that should be celebrated.
He said that the president was a true patriot who had done his best to help Nigeria grow and improve.
Soludo praised the president for being honest and open in public office. He said the president is a shining example of someone who has resisted the temptation to be corrupt while doing his job.
The governor said, "On behalf of my family and the good people of Anambra, I want to congratulate the president on this happy occasion of his 80th birthday and wish him many more wonderful years ahead."
