The appointment was contained in a statement issued, yesterday, by the Chief Press Secretary/Media Adviser to the governor, Oguike Nwachuku.
Ndiigboworldwide learnt that the corporation had remained without a substantive DG since James Egbuchulam was suspended about a year ago.
Richard Nkwopara, a staff member of the outfit, until the appointment of Onyebule, had been acting as the DG.
Onyegbule, a graduate of Mass Communication from Ogun State Polytechnic, had been a board member of the corporation since 2021.
