Known as the G5 or the Integrity Group, the five governed were clad in Isiagu clothes and caps with bold imprints of the photo of PDP governorship candidate in Abia, Uche Ikonne.
The G5 members include Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu), and their host, Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia).
The five governors have demanded the resignation of Iyorchia Ayu as a precondition to support the presidential ambition of Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 elections.
